Join MyHealthIowa – MiSaludIowa for a FREE community health screening event focused on improving health and wellness for our community. No insurance is needed and all are welcome.
Our healthcare volunteers will be providing:
• Blood pressure readings
• Blood sugar screenings
• Community-based health resources
